Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PageConsult AI (the "Service"), operated by StrataQuest Systems, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, free trial users, and paying subscribers.

2. The Service

PageConsult AI is a web-based platform that generates strategic landing pages through AI-powered consultation. The Service includes:

• AI strategic consultation and intelligence extraction
• Landing page generation with industry-specific design
• Brand setup and website intelligence extraction
• Page hosting on PageConsult subdomains or custom domains
• HTML/CSS export of generated pages
• Conversion calculators and interactive elements

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. For paying subscribers, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice before removing core functionality.

3. Accounts

To use PageConsult AI beyond the demo, you'll need to create an account. You're responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

One account per person or business entity. If you need multiple accounts (e.g., for agency clients), contact us about our Agency tier.

4. Waitlist and Founding Member Terms

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no payment obligation. When we launch:

• Founding members (first 500 waitlist signups) receive lifetime pricing at the founding member rate, locked in for as long as their subscription remains active.
• "Lifetime pricing" means your monthly rate will not increase, even as we raise prices for new subscribers. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the founding rate is no longer guaranteed.
• Founding member benefits (early access, direct founder input, founding badge) are subject to availability and may evolve as the product matures.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Free trial

New subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, you owe nothing.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We don't offer prorated refunds for partial months.

Refunds

If you're unsatisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

6. Your Content

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your inputs through our AI systems to generate outputs (this is the service itself)
• Store your data to maintain your account and projects
• Display your pages on PageConsult-hosted subdomains if you choose to publish them

We will not use your business-specific content to train AI models, share it with other users, or display it publicly without your explicit permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PageConsult AI to:

• Generate pages for illegal products, services, or activities
• Create deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Impersonate another person or business
• Distribute malware or harmful code through generated pages
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our AI models, prompts, or proprietary systems
• Resell access to the Service without an Agency tier agreement
• Overwhelm our infrastructure with automated requests beyond normal usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We'll make a reasonable effort to notify you and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination, unless the violation is severe or ongoing.

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP

PageConsult AI — including the consultation methodology, strategic design intelligence system, industry variant logic, AI orchestration architecture, and the application code — is the intellectual property of StrataQuest Systems, Inc. Your subscription grants you a license to use the Service; it does not transfer ownership of any underlying technology.

Your IP

Your brand assets, business information, and the content you generate remain yours. If you export pages from PageConsult AI, you can use them anywhere without restriction.

9. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by PageConsult AI is created through AI systems (including Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini). While we design our systems to produce high-quality, strategic output:

• AI-generated content should be reviewed before publishing
• We don't guarantee that generated content is factually accurate, legally compliant, or free of errors
• You are responsible for verifying claims, statistics, and legal compliance in your published pages
• AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results

10. Limitation of Liability

PageConsult AI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for lost revenue, missed conversions, or business outcomes resulting from pages generated through the Service

This doesn't limit liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything that can't be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrataQuest Systems, Inc. from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Third-Party Services

PageConsult AI integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Supabase, Anthropic, Loops.so, Perplexity). We're not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these services. Your use of any third-party service through our platform is also subject to that service's terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with material changes, you may cancel your subscription.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
