Who We Are

PageConsult AI is operated by StrataQuest Systems, Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). When you use pageconsult.ai or the PageConsult AI application, this privacy policy applies.

What We Collect

Information you provide directly

• Account information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
• Waitlist information: Email address when you join the founding member waitlist.
• Consultation data: Business information you share during the AI strategic consultation — your industry, audience, value proposition, differentiators, and related details. This is the core of what makes your pages strategic.
• Brand data: Website URLs, logos, colors, and brand information you provide or that we extract from your website with your permission during brand setup.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, consultation completion rates, and generation activity. This helps us improve the product.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, screen size, and general location (country/region level). No precise location tracking.
• Cookies: We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies.

How We Use Your Data

• To deliver the service: Your consultation data powers your strategic briefs and page generation. This is the product.
• To improve PageConsult AI: Aggregated, anonymized usage patterns help us refine the consultation flow and generation quality.
• To communicate with you: Account notifications, product updates, and (if you opted in) marketing emails via Loops.so. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
• To process payments: Billing and subscription management through Stripe.

What We Never Do

Third-Party Services

We use the following services to operate PageConsult AI. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Supabase — Authentication, database, and infrastructure. Your data is stored securely with row-level security policies.
• Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
• Anthropic (Claude API) — AI-powered consultation and brief generation. Your consultation inputs are processed to generate outputs but are not used to train Anthropic's models per their API data policy.
• Loops.so — Email communication for waitlist and product updates.
• Perplexity API — Market research intelligence during page generation. Queries are anonymized.

Data Security

We implement security measures appropriate for a SaaS platform handling business data:

• Row-level security (RLS) policies on all database tables containing user data
• API keys stored as server-side secrets, never exposed in frontend code
• Authentication required for all edge functions accessing user data
• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest

Your Rights

You can:

• Access your data: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct your data: Update inaccurate information in your account settings or by contacting us.
• Delete your data: Request deletion of your account and associated data. We'll process this within 30 days.
• Export your pages: Download your generated landing pages as clean HTML/CSS at any time.
• Unsubscribe: Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for product improvement purposes.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.

Children's Privacy

PageConsult AI is a business tool designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If we learn that we've collected data from a minor, we'll delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
